Celebrity Libra Ship
Replace: I wrote this text to share my experiences when I went on the Tremendous Star Libra Penang-Phuket-Krabi cruise. This cruise ship is now homeported in Southern China, on the Haikou island and no longer ply the Penang-Phuket-Krabi route. It is now sailing the Halong Bay with stopover in Danang and Hue, Vietnam.
Cruises are wildly worthwhile for the cruise lines. Employees is usually international born and paid very little, so the manpower overhead is just not as nice as it may seem. And the cruise ships are little more than floating accommodations – and usually are not expensively constructed. It isn’t a coincidence that they have a tendency to lose energy, engines, or electronics regularly (making headlines for a week or so, before the hoopla dies down).
